The Bangladesh cricket team is currently in Zimbabwe to play the full series, followed by the two teams playing the ODI series after the Test series. Tomorrow, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe will meet in the third and final match of the ODI series, after which they will play a three-match T20 series.
According to the pre-arranged schedule, the three-match T20 series was to start from July 23, while the remaining two matches were to be played on July 23 and 25. But the schedule has changed 3 days before the start of the series, the 20-over series between the two teams will be played on July 22 instead of July 23, the day of the remaining two matches has also changed.
The second T20 will be held one day later, on July 23. This year’s tour of Zimbabwe will end with the third ODI on July 25, although the reason for bringing the schedule of the T20 series forward has not been announced yet.
The schedule is expected to be based on Bangladesh’s Australia series, with Bangladesh and Australia set to face each other in a five-match T20 series in early August.
